Founded in 1984, Crawford & Associates, P.C. has earned a national and statewide reputation second to none in the area of governmental accounting and consulting. Our vision in 1984 to establish a CPA firm to exclusively serve governments has proven to be ahead of its time, as many professional service firms are now learning the value of specialization.

Crawford & Associates is proud of it's involvement with and membership in the AICPA Government Audit Quality Center and Peer Review Program.
As part of this membership, the firm undergoes a comprehensive quality control review by an independent CPA firm every three years. Crawford & Associates is a 15-person firm headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The firm specializes in providing consulting and accounting services solely to governmental entities. In the past we have performed over 1000 financial statement audits and financial related audits of governments. We offer a variety of services including financial statement preparation, fraud investigations, internal control analysis, accounting policy and procedure development, contract internal auditing, quality assurance reviews, training, fixed asset record development and expert witness testimony in litigation and labor arbitration matters.
