About Us: Crawford & Associates Professional Staff

	BRENDA WRIGHT, CPA Brenda Wright is a Certified Public Accountant who rejoined Crawford and Associates, P.C. in February 2009 as Consulting Manager.  From 1991 to 2001 she worked for the firm in the auditing and consulting divisions.  Prior to rejoining the firm, she served as Finance Director for the City of Mustang, Oklahoma for seven years.  Brenda has eighteen (18) years of governmental accounting, auditing, and consulting experience.   She is a graduate of East  Central University.
	JONI PARKER, CPA Joni Parker is a Certified Public Accountant who joined Crawford and Associates in January 2009 after working on a contract basis for the firm since graduation from college in 1999.  She also worked as an intern for the firm prior to graduation from college.  She has a degree in accounting from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma.  Joni has over ten years experience serving governmental entities.
	TAMMY HUNT Tammy Hunt joined Crawford & Associates in 1988 to provide consulting services to cities and towns. Prior to joining the firm, Tammy was the City Clerk of the City of Nowata, Oklahoma. Tammy is a consulting manager with over 15 years experience in serving governmental entities.
	AMANDA COPELAND, CPA Amanda Copeland worked with Crawford & Associates for two years as an intern while attending Oklahoma Christian University. She graduated in December 2002 at which time she joined the firm full-time as an auditor and consultant.
	WENDY MORENO Wendy joined Crawford & Associates in 1995 as part of our support staff. She now works with the professional staff and is responsible for coordinating all our professional engagements and monitoring our quality control policies and procedures.

	KRISTY AWTRY Kristy Awtry has been with Crawford & Associates for two years as a college intern and now works full time with the professional and administrative staff.  She graduated from Oklahoma Christian University in May 2004.
	ANDREA DEPEE Andrea joined Crawford & Associates in December 2004 as an accountant within our professional services division. Prior to joining the Firm, Andrea worked within the accounting division with Braum’s for 20 years. Andrea’s primary function with Crawford & Associates is working with our clients involved in the remote accounting project.
	KIMBERLY GREEN Kimberly joined Crawford & Associates in July 2004 as an accountant within our professional services division. Prior to joining Crawford & Associates, Kimberly served as Financial Officer with the Pottawatomie County District Attorney’s Office.
	JENNIFER TRAXLER Jennifer is a 2002 graduate of the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma with a degree in Business Administration.  She has worked for the Oklahoma State Auditor's Office for five years, including working as an intern her junior year in college.  She joined Crawford & Associates, P.C. in December 2005 as an auditor and consultant.
	COURTNEY CROWDER Courtney joined Crawford & Associates, P.C. in 2004 as an office assistant on a part-time basis while attending the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma (USAO).  She graduated in April 2008 with a degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Emphasis and now works full time with the professional and administrative staff.

D. ANN MATTHEWS D. Ann is a professional accountant and consultant with the firm having joined Crawford & Associates in December 2007. D. Ann graduated with an accounting degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and immediately previous to joining the firm served as a Senior Accounting Specialist and Assistant City Clerk for the City of Durant, OK. D. Ann has over 10 years of experience in the accounting profession including a significant amount of experience with state and local government entities. JUSTIN KERSEY Justin joined Crawford & Associates in July 2008 as a professional accountant and consultant. He is a 2005 graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Prior to joining the firm Justin worked as a fleet accountant in the international department of Hertz. RICHARD ROSE Richard joined Crawford & Associates in January 2009 as a professional accountant and consultant. He is a 2000 graduate of the Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Prior to joining the firm, Richard worked as an auditor and staff accountant for Hunter & Gibbins, P.C., in Elk City, Oklahoma.   DEREK CRAWFORD Derek joined Crawford & Associates in January 2009 as an auditor and consultant. He is a 2007 graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor's degree in business administration, and completed a Masters of Education in Sports Administration from Xavier University in December 2008.  While at Xavier, Derek held an internship position in the Athletic Department’s Compliance Office.
